**Announcement**
City Real Estate Advisors is proud to announce that it is opening a Boston Massachusetts office. Tony Bertoldi, former Managing Director of a major Tax Credit Syndicator joined CREA as a Senior Vice President Syndications— National Accounts on October 1, 2009, and Michael Murray, Senior Vice President—Acquisitions, who began at CREA on January 1, 2010, will be managing our Boston office. Mr. Bertoldi has over 10 years of experience in the tax credit syndication market and over 20 years in real estate. Mr. Murray brings over 17 years of experience in the tax credit industry.
