CREA provides innovative real estate investment banking solutions for its clients and investors.  Formed in 2001, by Jeffery A. CREA provides equity in affordable, multi-family housing developments throughout the United States under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. The goal at CREA is to provide developer clients with the best possible service, capital and resources, while simultaneously creating high quality, high yielding investments for our investor clients.  

 

 

 COMMERCIAL LENDING

 

CREA originates, closes and administers a variety of commercial mortgage loan products for our investor clients. We combine these commercial mortgage investments with the risk and return profiles of our clients. The relationship we maintain with our investors enhances our ability to provide reliable execution, superior service and overall benefit to our clients.
