  Ashley Oler, Asset Manager, joined CREA in July 2011.  Prior to joining CREA, Ashely spent three years as a financial analyst at a software development corporation where she was an integral part of the annual budgets for over 75 departments spanning 5 entities.  She began her accounting career in 2005 at a public accounting firm specializing in affordable housing, where she was responsible for auditing partnerships owning multi-family affordable housing.  Ashley graduated from Ball State University with a master of science degree and a bachelor of science degree in accountancy.
