Bill Tomashewski, Vice President, has been active in affordable housing since 1993 and joined City Real Estate Advisors in October of 2011. Over the past 20 years Bill has worked in all aspects of the affordable housing industry including lending, acquisitions, asset management, and syndications.  Mr. Tomashewski is the director of investor relations and will be the a liaison between syndications, acquisitions and fund & asset management with the goal of enhancing services to our clients.  Bill will be an additional voice of the investors with in our organization and also coordinate investor requests and needs post closing. Prior to joining CREA, Bill was senior vice president of investor relations for a syndicator in the affordable housing industry.  Bill is a graduate of Clarion University and holds a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of arts in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University.
