Brad Howarth, CPA, Vice President, joined CREA in October 2010.  Brad has been active in affordable housing since 2004 and as a member of CREA, Brad focuses on the due diligence, upper tier investment structure and investor closing in the syndication process.  Prior to joining CREA, Brad was vice president of investor sales for a major syndicator in the affordable housing industry.  Prior to that, Brad worked as an auditor in the financial services industry for Ernst & Young.  Brad is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he obtained a bachelor of arts in accounting.
