Brian Rajotte, Acquisitions Analyst,  joined CREA’s Portland office in September 2011.  Brian is responsible for modeling and analyzing financial projections of potential investments and coordinating the due diligence process for LIHTC properties.  Prior to joining CREA, Brian worked for several years as a business analyst at a leading LIHTC syndication firm based in Boston.  He also worked as an intern at a major commercial real estate firm in Hartford CT during his undergraduate studies.  Brian holds a bachelors degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in sustainability from The University of Oregon.
