Charles G. Anderson, Senior Vice President, has been active in the area of affordable housing for over 11 years.  Mr. Anderson joined CREA in January 2007 where he has been directly responsible for identifying, structuring and closing in excess of $400 MM of Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") equity nationally.  Mr. Anderson got his start with a national LIHTC equity provider underwriting and structuring LIHTC developments in April of 2000.  Mr. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge, in business administration with options in real estate finance and business finance.
