Christopher R. Messmann, Fund Analyst,  joined City Real Estate Advisors, Inc., (CREA) in June 2011.  Christopher is responsible for accounting of the Funds and reporting to the investors.  he assists with bookkeeping and tracking of equity as well as preparation of financial data to provide to the investors on behalf of the Funds.  Prior to joining CREA, he worked at a public accounting firm specializing in affordable housing, working specifically with partnership taxation.  Christopher holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master of science degree in accounting, both from Ball State University.
