James Gaskin, Acquisitions Analyst,  joined CREA in November 2010.  James is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial projections and reviewing and coordinating legal due diligence for LIHTC properties.  Prior to joining CREA, James worked as a real estate consultant for a national accounting, tax and business advisory firm in their Austin, Texas office.  He also worked in their Government Consulting group as an associate.  James holds a bachelor of science degree in finance and an MBA, both from St. Edward's University.
