Jeff Nelson, Acquisitions Analyst,  joined CREA in June 2011.  Jeff is responsible for modeling and analyzing financial projections of potential investments and coordinating the due diligence process for LIHTC properties.  Prior to joining CREA, Jeff worked as an analyst in strategy and product development role in the multifamily and single family divisions of a government sponsored enterprise in Washington, D.C.  He also worked as a summer analyst at a national affordable housing membership organization in Boston during his graduate studies.  Jeff holds a bachelor of science degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
