John Sullivan, Vice President – Account Manager, joined CREA in December 2011. John is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial projections, reviewing equity proposals, drafting equity documents, coordinating due diligence reviews and closing LIHTC partnerships. Prior to joining CREA, John worked in real estate development and finance for 2 real estate development companies, focusing on the development of LIHTC properties. John holds a bachelor of science in management and legal studies from Indiana University and an MBA in finance from Indiana University.
