Kelli N. Ozdemir, Senior Vice President, joined City Real Estate Advisors, Inc., (CREA) in August 2006.  Mrs. Ozdemir is involved with all aspects of upper tier fund management for the Section 42 LIHTC portfolio.  Her role involves overseeing the fund management team by supervising and assisting in higher level tasks.  She is very involved with the growth of the Fund Management Group within CREA and establishing ongoing policies and procedures.  She began her accounting career in 2002 at a public accounting firm specializing in affordable housing, working specifically with partnership taxation.  Mrs. Ozdemir holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Butler University.
