Mark Burton, Senior Vice President,  City Real Estate Advisors (CREA) in January 2008 and is responsible for underwriting real estate investments.  Prior to joining CREA, Mr. Burton originated commercial real estate loans for a large capital company.  Mr. Burton has originated in excess of $1 billion in commercial mortgage loans.  He has over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience.  Mr. Burton was formerly a CPA with a major national accounting firm.  He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and an MBA in real estate finance from Indiana University.
