Mary Ann Lueken, Vice President, joined CREA in July 2005.  As a member of CREA, Mary Ann began her career underwriting and managing the closing process for multiple LIHTC transactions, along with structuring and closing equity bridge loans.  Currently, Ms. Lueken focuses her efforts in the Syndication Group administering proprietary fund relationships which involves upper-tier investment structuring, investor closings and due diligence reviews.  Prior to joining CREA, Mary Ann worked in the area of finance. Mary Ann is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she obtained a bachelor of arts in economics and German.
