Matthew Urbanski, Assistant Vice President, joined CREA in December 2011.  Matt focuses on underwriting, financial modeling and due diligence.  Prior to joining CREA, Matt has worked for local development and property management companies where Matt’s responsibilities included asset management, property management, financial analysis and project financing.  Mr. Urbanski holds a bachelor of arts degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and a MBA masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.  He has also received his Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
