Roger Shank, CPA, Senior Vice President and Controller, joined CREA in February 2011.  Roger has over 20 years of financial industry accounting and operational experience.  Roger was svp/controller for CREA's parent company, City Financial Corporation/City Securities Corporation, for 10 years before joining CREA on a full time basis.  Prior to joining City, Roger was the CFO for Wealth Design Center, a boutique estate planning firm and prior to that he was the controller for a financial corporation, a nationally recognized firm in the estate planning industry.  He is now responsible for all operational accounting matters related to CREA.  Roger holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Huntington University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Indiana
