Susan Calhoun, Asset Manager, joined CREA in December 2011.  Susan joins us with an extensive LIHTC compliance background and pertinent certifications.  Prior to joining CREA, Susan spent four years as Director of Asset Management and Compliance for a non-profit developer overseeing compliance and operations for 11 supportive and affordable housing properties. Previous to that she gained experience through work in development and as the Director of Compliance for a regionally and nationally based  development company with a portfolio consisting of 55 Affordable housing properties in 3 states. Susan holds a Associate of Science degree in Business and various affordable housing certifications including the Certified Housing Asset Management certification.
