Vice President,
joined CREA in July 2011. As a member of CREA, Ms. Shelp concentrates on underwriting, financial modeling and due diligence. Prior to joining CREA, Thuy originated commercial real estate loans for a large insurance company and has over 14 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Thuy holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Butler University.
