Tony Bertoldi, Senior Vice President - Syndication, has been active in the area of affordable housing finance since 1999.  In 2009 he joined City Real Estate Advisors (CREA) and Mr. Bertoldi is responsible for investor sales and syndication activities within City Real Estate Advisors.  Previously, Mr. Bertoldi was a managing director of the Investor Relations Group of a major syndicator in the affordable housing industry.  Prior to that, Mr. Bertoldi was a vice president with Boston Properties, a large publicly held REIT.  Mr. Bertoldi also has 10 years of consulting experience with large nationally recognized accounting firms.  Mr. Bertoldi holds a bachelor of arts in economics and real estate from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in finance from Boston University.
