Will Pritchard, Assistant Vice President, joined CREA in November 2010.  Will focuses on underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence.  Prior to joining CREA will worked for a local planning and development company.  Mr. Pritchard holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin and an MPA, masters in public administration from the University of Louisville.
